Samsung Mobile Security lists 16 Samsung Galaxy F series for quarterly security updates. This page copies that list model by model, as checked on September 24, 2026, and explains what it does and does not say.
What quarterly security updates mean
A phone on the quarterly list should get a security patch about every three months, so a patch up to three months old is normal. More than four months old usually means an update is waiting or your carrier is holding it back.
The list gives a frequency, not an end date. Samsung says models are removed as their regular support period expires and that some carriers only deliver quarterly updates.
